I seem to have been highlighting town and city properties in the past few weeks. Obviously when many people think of Spain, they think of “sol y playa” so to redress the balance, today I am focusing on beach properties. Historically, beach properties have always come at a “healthy” premium but since the crisis I have noticed a leveling of prices. Perhaps this will make some of these properties more affordable. Having checked them carefully, they do certainly all seem to offer value for money

So, to start off in Valencia, we have this superb first line house with pool (photo above). A superb first line beach property in by the Malvarrosa beach.
