La Bocaina Catering
La Bocaina Catering is a private chef hire company in Lanzarote which was started by Paul Ecob. A chef for over 20 years and with an NVQ level 3 in professional cookery. Paul moved to Lanzarote 8 years ago with his wife Nina to buy La Bocaina restaurant in Playa Blanca which they sold in January 2014 so they could spend more time with their 3 year old son.
La Bocaina Catering is a private chef hire service which specializes in fine dining. You can choose from any of the hundreds of dishes that have been cooked at La Bocaina restaurant over the years by visiting La Bocaina Catering or come up with some ideas yourself to design your own personal menu during a free consultation with Paul. As well as being able to supply interesting options for extra courses such as sorbets, fish courses and homemade chocolate truffles Paul also grows his own chillies so he always has something special for people who love a bit of
spice in their lives!
On the night they can bring anything you need to make your night special from table decorations, plates, cutlery, serviettes, champagne and wine, champagne buckets and even a waitress! All you have to do is sit back and enjoy your evening while someone else does all the cooking and cleaning for you.
They also have a range of other services which Paul can provide including barbecues, buffets and paella evenings when Paul can cook a paella for up to 40 people on your terrace while you relax and soak up the sunshine by the pool.
Fine dining meals start from €20 per person with a €100 charge for the chef. Barbecues and paella evenings start from €10 per person with a €50 charge for the chef.
