National teams Spain men and Poland women won the 36th Costa Blanca Rugby Sevens at Villajoyosa Rugby Stadium, past 27 28 May 2023
For those who like their rugby fast and furious a sun drenched weekend saw a feast of sevens matches to suit all tastes at Villajoyosa Rugby Stadium
Finals day on Sunday was climaxed by a superb display from SPAIN National team to win the international team prize beating LITHUANIA National team 20-10.
2.000 euros cash prize money for the winners. 500 euros for runners-up
In the Mens’ Cup Plate final (3rd-4th position) PORTUGAL National team beat ROMANIA for close 12-10
The Women’s Cup was won by POLAND National Team beating National tream of PORTUGAL for 29-7
2.000 euros cash prize money for the winners. 500 euros for runners-up
In the Womens’ Cup Plate final (3rd-4th position) UK ALL STARS beat SWEDEN for 26-5
