Probably the overwhelming majority of visitors to www.ThisIsSpain.info and definitely several million of the annual tourists to Spain dream and/or plan to have a property in Spain. For the past 15 or more years, I steered clear of turning ThisIsSpain into just another property site. That is still my aim but I think that one thing I can do is to highlight agents who I can say have proven to be ethical and trustworthy.

On the Costa del Sol, I see no reason to go further than First 4 Property Group with almost 20 years’ experience and a portfolio of almost 3.000 properties, I am sure they can look after you. They are are particularly knowledgeable about new developments and if you are looking for a prestige development close to both the beach and Malaga and its airport, I suggest you visit Higuerón West

On the Costa Blanca I can recommend Puro Properties north of Alicante and also Girasol Homes in the south. Both have proven themselves to me where many others have not!
