I have been asked to forward this on behalf of a friend. I do so with “pleasure” but I am afraid that these stories will become more and more common in 2011

I have another family that needs some help to get rid of their property as they cannot afford the mortgage meaning they are selling at a ridiculously low price compared with valuation.

The property is a townhouse in Denia on the Costa Blanca, the very good part – Els Poblets. It is a three bedroom, two bathroom home with outside terraces and a shared swimming pool and gardens.

Now this was bought in 2004 for 225000 Euros and that is the stated price on the deeds too, ie no black money. They then invested 70k in the property in making it as they wanted and furnishing, all of the furniture minus one picture is included in the purchase.

The property is being offered at 149000 Euros but I know we can get it for a bit less and bag yourself a huge bargain.

There is a mortgage of 123000 Euros with Banesto bank available and the bank will be happy to get a new mortgage holder as long as you can prove income and ability to pay the mortgage.

So can you help out a family so they don’t get into serious problems with the bank and also get yourself a brilliant property into the bargain at a bargain price. A win-win situation for all.
