Country Manager-

Country Manager- Spain- Global Group – Location, Barcelona – €75,000 + Car + Bonus + etc

As Country Manager for Spain, you will assume responsibility for a team of 15 sales people and will have a particular focus on;

Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics in a difficult market (pursuing a brand building and market attack strategy)
Leading, inspiring and motivating the sales organization
Driving continuous improvement in the sales function
Designing, establishing, maintaining an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish company’s sales objectives/goals
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics in a difficult market (pursuing a brand building and market attack strategy ensuring increase in market share).
Establishing and facilitating close working relationships with key customers (constructors in housing complexes and hotels, big and influential architect offices, building material distributors, dealers, etc.)
Understanding the market needs and securing that those customer needs are translated into operational deliverables
Providing leadership support to regional sales people and maximizing the opportunities within regions
Contributing to the overall strategy and operational effectiveness of the company
Ensuring that corporate compliance and solid internal control rules and regulations are strictly followed
Liaising with other company departments (corporate marketing, sales operation (order processing and invoicing), pro and after sales support (service) engineering, production, logistic, finance and HR)

For this exciting executive position, you will need to have;

 Minimum 5 years management sales experience
 International mindset
 University Degree, preferably Masters’ Degree in Business or a related study
 Fluent in English
 Knowledge of other European Languages can be an advantage
 Experience in corporate and middle size companies
 Free of military service
