Business Centre Manager

A full time position is now available for the right candidate within the Virtus Business Centre, working hours will be 9.00-14.00 /16.00-19.00. Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate should be bilingual(English /Spanish) with any other languages being an advantage, have an understanding of accountancy and be computer literate, with a major focus on Excel and Outlook. Have own transport and able to work unsupervised.

You will be responsible for managing the centre, performing administrative duties, budgeting, maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment, handling daily and ad hoc responsibilities, attending customers face to face and over the phone. Achieving financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Maintaining quality customer service by analyzing and resolving customer problems; identifying trends and recommending system improvements. Developing personal growth opportunities and maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; Establish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes. Take advantage of new business opportunities by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies increasing brand awareness and clientele. Knowledge of the Spanish system in order to offer “gestoria” service to Expats. A small part of the role will include PA duties to the Director, tasks may vary.

Overall we are looking for a dynamic, proactive, versatile candidate who can develop Virtus even further.
