A new solo exhibition by Roger Thomas Cummiskey consisting of 15 artworks spanning charcoal, oil, water-colour and giclee prints.
The theme of the exhibition encapsulates images of Literary and Historical figures including Playwrights and Presidents, Comic and Creative characters.
Roger was invited to exhibit at the BIC (Business Innovation Centre) headquarters in Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía, 21, Málaga, in their ExpoZona gallery – BIC Euronova.
This invitation was initiated by APLAMA – Asociación de Artistas Plásticos de Málaga of which I am a member.

Roger is an Irish Artist living in Malaga. He is President and a founder member of the AIA – Andalusian International Artists.

He has developed a unique individual style and specializes in paintings that take their themes and titles from the wanderings and writings of James Joyce, Samuel Beckett, Miguel de Cervantes and other Literary and Historical personalities. He is a recognised Joycean artist.
His paintings have been exhibited in Australia, Canada, China, Finland, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, USA, and in many national and private shows in Ireland.
His paintings have represented Ireland at the Florence Biennale and also at International Art Exhibitions in London, Stockholm and New York”.
