VOM FASS Fuengirola’s Own Greek Salad Recipe
1 large Cucumber, chopped
2 sun-riped Tomatoes, chopped
150 gr. of pitted green or black olives
100 gr. Feta Cheese, crumbled
1 Red Onion, halved and thinly sliced
275 gr. Romaine Lettuce Leaves
275 gr. package Baby Greens
25 ml. Extra Virgin Olive Oil Agora Vom Fass (add more if desired)
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
25 ml. VOM FASS Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Oregano extract
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
50 ml. Waldburg Balsam Calamansi (add more if desired)
Salt and pepper to taste
Add chopped cucumber, chopped tomato, olives, feta cheese, sliced red onion, romaine lettuce and baby greens to large serving bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk Extra Virgin Olive Oil Agora, garlic powder, VOM FASS Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Oregano extract, Dijon mustard, Waldburg Balsam Calamansi, salt and pepper.
Pour vinaigrette into salad, mix well. ENJOY!!!
VOM FASS Fuengirola’s Strawberry salsa
2 pints cherry tomatoes, quartered (580 grams)
1 pint fresh strawberries, chopped (290 grams)
8 spring onions/scallions, chopped
1/2 cup minced coriander leaves
6 Tbls Vom Fass Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Peperoncini
2 Tbls Vom Fass Aceto Balsamico di Modena “Platinum”
1/2 tsp salt
Drizzle Vom Fass Aceto Balsamico di Modena “Maletti”
Cayenne Chili powder to taste (only if needed)
In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, strawberries, green onions and coriander. In a small bowl combine the VOM FASS Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Peperoncini and the VOM FASS Aceto Balsamico di Modena “Platinum” with the salt and gently stir into the strawberry mixture. Chill until serving. Just before serving, drizzle some VOM FASS Aceto Balsamico di Modena “Maletti” over the top. Serve with tortilla chips, or with grilled chicken, beef or pork. Yummmmy!!!
