   The bus goes from level 2 outside departures.

   I have been informed that this service will cease on 23/9/2011. Not sure when it will restart. I was hoping to use it on 24/9/2011!

   Can anyone confirm if this is running all year round,or has it in fact finished in Sept. as suggested? travelling tomorrow.

   The Costa Azul website is available in English and they have staff who will answer your questions in English on the telephone, or you can send them a question, in English or Spanish, through their web site.

   There was a Costa Asul bus at Alicante airport yesterday, but I cannot confirm if was going to Torrevieja or not.

   The only other options are Car rental, for your stay, or a taxi, which is about €50.

   I have asked Costa Azul to update the situation.

   I have called Costa Azul but both times my call was unanswered. As Keith says it is still on their website

   I can confirm that the bus is still running. I used it last week. Note that it is DIRECT (no stops) and goes down the motorway

   You will be delighted to know that the direct bus from El Altet Airport Alicante direct to Torreveija is still up and running. I took it from the Airport on the 21/10/2011 to Torreveija and then the return journey on the 17/11/2011.It is a fantastic service and the more people use it the better the service will be.
