SummerJazz 2012 is hitting the road this Thursday July 26th with the “Jazztronomic Session” in The Gourmet Experience – El Corte Ingles, Alicante.

But the first big night of the festival will come with a performance by The Hep Chaps on Friday 27 in Villa Marco (El Campello), following the Saturday and Sunday in Altea and Denia, respectively.

The group from the UK will play exclusively for SummerJazz their only concert in Spain with classics from the golden years of swing (from Benny Goodman to Frank Sinatra) and original songs that capture the essence of the time. Led by John Wallace (musician James Taylor, Robert Plant and a member of the legendary The Stargazers), The Hep Chaps Quartet are a safe bet when choosing rhythm and groove.
